With over 10 years of experience in hospitality, aspiring restauranteurs Kevin Cardenas and Ruben Cabrera launched themselves with their first venture Ceviche Fussion which was an overwhelming success, an opportunity arose and born, welcoming this intimate and inviting venue named "Bonsaii Tapas & Wine Bar" inspired by the Japanese Bonsai Tree which is a miniature tree cultivated to resemble nature in a modest space and nurtured with artistic interaction, Bonsaii Tapas & Wine Bar is the ultimate representation of its namesake.
Our cuisine is inspired in International tapas, where everybody will feel welcomed and find something of their taste, putting spin on classic dishes and bringing creative new ones.
